Each
design package includes:
- Design Consultation -
We gather background information on your
business, your target market and your goals. Based on this
information, we suggest several creative possibilities
for the direction of the site.
We discuss the options and make creative decisions
based on the best way to reach your target audience and accomplish
your marketing and sales goals. These decisions will be reflected in
both the design of the site and the navigational system that
operates the site.
- Color scheme – We will create two color schemes so that you can choose what
would best represent your company or organization. Based on your
feedback, we will produce mock-ups of the front page and
one sub-page for your input. Once approved, these templates will be
used to create every page on the site.
- Fonts and styles –
You can use your own custom fonts or choose from dozens of possible
fonts and styles to use throughout the site. Keep in mind, if your
internet viewer does not have that specific font loaded on their
computer, all your text will default to their default font and may
not look the same as what you see. All fonts can be put into images
which will display exactly as built but there would be an additional
charge to make these graphics if you choose to use a font not
commonly used.
- Logo Design/re-design
– If you don’t have a logo or company brand, We will produce two
alternate logos for your approval.
- Custom Graphics - We
could provide one custom home page graphic at client's request.
- Revision – If, after
you see the combined color scheme, site layout, design and
navigation system – but BEFORE any sub pages are created – and you
don’t like it, you can completely change everything once for no
extra cost. Subsequent changes could incur additional charges.
- We will maintain
and/or update your web site for up to 1 hour of labor per month. These
updates include changing text, prices, fonts and colors, graphics
and copyrighting. This hour of time is not accumulative. If your
updates will take longer than one hour, we would contact you to
determine if you will want to proceed and be charged our normal
$35.00 per hour fee, or make only updates that fill the hour and
wait until the next month to make additional updates.
